We are an Australian-owned and operated business offering finance services as a "Flair 4 Finance" service network member. Flair 4 Finance provides various support services for our business and through this network we can facilitate a broad range of financial services. Our principle service is finance broking - home loans, investment loans, commercial finance, car and equipment finance and personal loans.

Our network members offer many additional services to provide a complete service experience.

This professional network enables us to provide a broad range of services either directly, or by referral. Referral services include legal, insurance, recruitment, management and property consultation. While it is not feasible for all consultants to have the formal qualifications for each and every service area, each consultant in the Flair 4 Finance network is able to facilitate the provision of such advice. This unique approach enables you to get ALL your advisory services from one, convenient source. You can be confident that you can readily access the relevant experts as required.

We are NOT a bank, stockbroker, accounting firm, solicitor, nor a shop front for a large bank or fund manager. We operate independent of any influence from such organisations. No institution holds any ownership interest in our organisation and we maintain our independence from specific product issuers through non-exclusive broking and agency agreements with a broad range of financial institutions.

Our finance consultants are Accredited Mortgage Consultants with membership of either the Mortgage & Finance Association (MFAA), or Finance Brokers Association (FBAA).

Through the Flair 4 Finance network we can provide clients with access to financial advisors who are licensed authority holders for the provision of financial services and members of recognised professional bodies, such as the Financial Planning Association (FPA), Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA), or National Institute of Accountants (NIA). Each body demands high levels of professional competence and conduct. We also have access to experts in Taxation to ensure that our services span the full range of your potential requirements.

Our staff have broad business experience and an unique ability to understand your specific needs. In addition to formal industry training our consultants also have experience in retail banking, general accounting, stock broking, taxation planning, superannuation, funds management, small business management and management consulting. This enables them to see beyond the regular financial service providers and consider the "bigger picture" when servicing your needs.
